  BEWARE!!! My builder uses Lone Star Flooring as his supplier. I had them install my tile shower and it did not get done like I wanted at all and all I got was "I'm sorry". Was told by the contractor that he would walk if he had to redo it. From the beginning I asked for wood floor in my bedroom but when the carpet guy was there installing he was going to lay carpet instead of wood in my bedroom. I got a new estimate for the bedroom to have wood and I approved it. The week of closing I received another estimate for my wood flooring and the estimate was off by over $2,500+ from the one I received in the beginning. The mistake wasn't caught until at the very end and I spoke to the owner Mike and he said he intended to get paid even though it was his mistake. Also, had wood steps installed on my staircase and the first five steps had a seam in the middle and the rest of the steps had one long piece of wood. Was told from Mike again that was because I had random width wood so why didn't they make it random all the way up the stairs?? As you can see this was not a good experience for us and we spent over $23K. Had to pay his demands so he wouldn't file a lien on our new house. They are all friendly up front as long as you don't have anything go wrong. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
